For example, with their DIY kits customers can make their own deodorant, body lotion, toothpaste and lip balm.
The client was using life timely but was not getting sufficient insights on LTV of each customer.
We have built a dashboard showing historic and predictive LTV as well as LTV, predicted purchases, revenue, and probability of life on the platform for each customer.
This is going to help natural heroes in sending personalized emails to its customer base and analyze LTV trend. Moreover, they will be sending win-back campaigns to customers who are likely to churn.
